"Out, Out, Out You Gay Employees!"

Homophobic Sues To Get Names Of LGBT City Workers Released

A Seattle City Light Employee, who has consistently gone after various groups for minority rights issues and who just can't find his true identity, has sued and won a case demanding the names of LGBT city employees...

58 year old Philip Irvin, the city employee and "Christian Caucasian with no African American Blood (he was a dues paying member of the City Light black Employees Association)," had demanded that under the equal treatment of the law, he had the right to know the what's and who's of the city group since he felt he was being excluded from such group.

If that wasn't enough, he also sued for sign in sheet names and minutes of the meetings.

It never ceases to amaze me how these crackpots use the legal system to cause harm to others and now the possible impact it could have on many of the LGBT employees whom may not have been out to family, friends or other employees.

May we all one day live without the "security" of the closets, and nut jobs like the Philip Irvins of the world, and other hate mongers who want nothing more than for us to go away because we wont,
AT LEAST I WILL NOT!
