Virgina - Michael Moore 30, was forced to resign from his job with the Museum Of Natural History because he is gay.
Virginia has no state law barring the firing of state employees for their sexual orientation therefore allowing no recourse to Moore.
In 2006, Governor Tim Kaine (D) issued an executive order barring such discrimination against state employees but that obviously failed here.
