Nevada Governor Threatens Domestic Partner Bill With Veto
Carson City - In his vow to keep the good citizens of Nevada safe from the potential falling sky caused by a recognition of Domestic Partnerships, Governor Jim Gibbons (R) has threatened to veto its passage should it reach his desk.
Gibbons who believes LGBT families are and always will be nothing more than second class citizens who should have no recognition or equality. In a recent statement, he was quoted as saying "I just don't believe in it."
He did not believe in it! To heck with what is fair and just, he decides who and what is equal. Time and time again we are reminded that bigotry in office serves no purpose but to isolate a minority from the "privileged majority." Liberty and justice forall some!
