White Plains, New York - In a unanimous vote, Legislators approved a local law to change the definition of the word "gender" in the Human Rights Law to prevent gender-based discrimination in Westchester County.

The Human Rights Law definition will match the definition included in the County's Fair Housing Law.

Standing up for and protecting the rights of our community. Yet another reason Westchester County is such a great place!

Thanks Joann!

Keep a smile on your face and love in your heart!
